Gentle Dental Carlsbad

I love this place. The staff is the nicest and most accommodating, whether you need to schedule quickly or need a blanket during your exam. Dr. March is very knowledgeable and experienced. I have not had pain with any dental treatment I have received so far, and I leave with a great big grin every time I go! Gentle Dental is a great dental office!

Unfortunately a really poor experience. X-rays took 45 minutes, and it took another 45 minutes to get in for a cleaning, which took another 30 minutes and was extremely painful and uncomfortable (water was sprayed all over my face). I also told the receptionist that I was not going to make another appointment, but they automatically booked another checkup without my consent. The receptionist was very kind but overall I will not be visiting again.

This place is a scam. Just looked for the fake 5 star reviews, very easy to catch. They let you wait for long time so whats the point on scheduling the hour? I came here on Saturday at 8:30AM and after a hour waiting, they told me to reschedule it. They try any reason to overcharge you for services not needed which are simply more expensive and they tell you this when youre laying in the chair after taking the x-ray but surprisingly, not before. Instead replying to call a phone number for assistance, simply give back the money you dishonestly took.
