Gold Coffee Shop

The coffee is amazing I ordered a small Mexican mocha iced and I wanted less ice but was not given that. I went back just to get a quick fix but apparently they couldnt fix that. Basically they wanted to over fill my drink with ice instead of the drink which was 5 sips. Terrible customer service you should be able to fix the problem I myself work at a coffee shop so no excuses.

I went up and ordered my drink per usual. I was waiting AT LEAST 15 minutes before I got my drink. the people behind the counter were just talking and messing around. my mom had to go up to the counter and say "what is taking so long" and she asked for a refund because we had to go and they didn't even give me my money back. I got my coffee tho it was good jus felt unwelcome

Great coffee shop! I got a candy cane cold brew, and it was perfect. Not sickeningly sweet, the way Starbucks is. The affogato looked really good too, I'll get that next time!

After buying a frappe I ask for a cup of water and he went inside and brought me tap water that taste like bleach never buying from there anymore You dont do that to customers

Disappointed. Our first time and last visit We ordered decaf coffee. It was very watered down. We asked for heavy cream which they said they had but it also tasted very watered down and more like half and half. For us, it was not worth $9.63 plus a tip. Youre better off going to 7-11.
