He is always very personable, patient, and is resonably priced for his services. Everything youd want from a CPA, Jeff has in spades. Warning and Beware! Jeffrey Klein handled my family's taxes for many years, both personal and business. After my father passed away, he allowed my grieving mother to overpay the IRS over $14,000 in error. My family has spent close to two years attempting to retrieve this money back from the IRS to no avail. People hire CPA's just to eliminate grave errors such as this. After numerous calls have been made to him by my family members, Jeffrey Klein has offered zero assistance in resolving this matter. He has been rude, unprofessional and completely apathetic to the situation. We will be reporting him to the CA Board of Accountancy. Response to the owner's response: Your response is untrue. My family provided you with all of the necessary forms almost immediately after the error was made and then a new tax return was filed. The IRS had already cashed the check even though this money was not owed to them. The IRS has had the revised tax return for almost two years now. But this error should have never been made in the first place. You had been doing my family's personal and business tax returns for years and were familiar with their financial obligations. But after the error was made, you should have provided assistance to make sure this money paid to the IRS in error was returned. The entire situation is unacceptable. This is exactly why people hire CPA's to handle their taxes in the first place.
