My family had a terrible experience with attorney John Zarcaro regarding a family trust. We wasted many hours, got a product we didn't order and didn't use, had to have it redone, and had to take him to arbitration to get a refund from the $5,000 deposit.  This is good advice, move on,... there are many good trust attorneys out there.

John Zarcaro is useless and not a competent lawyer. My mother-in-law hired him to handle the distribution of assets and he has failed to do his job in a timely manner. He is a terrible communicator. He will never update you about what is happening. He will delay the whole process and wait until the last minute until the contract is up and then rushed you to sign a paper. I would not trust this lawyer. I wonder how many elderly he has victimized? He is just concerned about getting paid. He is not a big help in our family. He made the situation worse. I would avoid this guy. A terrible human being. The situation is overdue and it's been one year and 3 months, the distribution of assets is still on hold due to his incompetence and not being on top of it. Stay far away from this guy. I work in the healthcare field for many years and I really care about the elderly and will fight for them. And this guy doesn't care about his elderly client's family. It's all about money to this guy!
