I and my family member have had a great experience with both the clinicians and the office staff at the Halliday Center. They take the time to match you with a therapist who will fit your need. Highly recommend.

Our family has loved working with Kimberly Brownell. She relates really well with our teenager. She has a positive attitude and is authentic, compassionate and funny. She responds well to feedback from the parents, and we have met several times with her to troubleshoot how to work through problems. I don't think our teen would be alive today without her help and intervention. The office staff is always courteous and prompt.

Although I am not a patient here, this review is based solely on the phone conversation I had with Ry. I believe she handles scheduling/new patient coordination, among many other tasks. I left a voicemail in search of neuropsych testing as a new patient. She promptly returned my call with (somewhat) bad news that they do not offer this service. The list of in network providers from my insurance is out of date. She did however, take the time to show me compassion and provide me with options. Im so incredibly grateful for her kindness. Its SO difficult to seek help alone, and with all the obstacles one can run into when seeking help, it made me want to curl up into a ball and give up. With her taking some time to speak with me and help me out of the kindness of her heart, she lifted my spirits. It seems that this clinic has some truly valuable team members. I am thankful for that alone. Please make sure that Ry gets the appreciation she deserves for this. She took the time to help someone in need. I hope that every day for Ry, be the best day ever!

Especially with COVID, the elections, loss of jobs, boredom, life totally in disarray -- a good therapist is essential! I found Dr. Halliday earlier this year when struggling with 1st trimester anxiety and depression and she truly helped me get not just survive but thrive during my pregnancy, postpartum, and dealing with this crazy year! A good therapist is hard to find, so look no further than crew at The Halliday Center. They are all genuine and highly trained therapists, and I highly recommend you give them a call!
