Love my custom fit toe ring! I was so excited to come get another one! I had one 6 years ago, lost weight and I lost it. But these are legit!

I visited Capitola, a quaint town by the sea and Capitola Reef is one of the shops we went in.  My friends and I all found items to purchase.  I purchased the beautiful Surf Pendant: Heart & Wave, for myself but I gave it to a friend as a gift and she fell in love with it. I then ordered another one for myself, this time online.  I ordered it on November 30th and it was charged to my credit card on December 1st.  I reached out on December 15th to Capitola Reef saying that the only email I received was "Thank you for your purchase!" Devon responded right away and said a friend  makes them in Southern California and that it should be received by them on Monday (December 20th) and "will ship to you immediately". I mentioned that I live in Southern California so maybe the friend could mail it directly to me. Six days later, December 21st, I emailed Devon again, since I never received a response from Devon about her friend mailing it to me. Another six days later, on December 27th  (and I still haven't heard from Devon) I emailed again!  I stated that I haven't received my necklace, asking if I would be able to get  a refund.  At this point I was pretty frustrated that it's taken so long. I ACTUALLY HEAR BACK from Devon on December 27th.  Again, Devon apologizes that everything is taking longer to get and asks me what I want to do. Really wanted the necklace, so I reply, " mail it" I also say, "shouldn't take more that a few days, correct?"  Devon responds on December 27th mailed it this morning should be there by Friday.  January 1st decided to email not thinking I would get a response.  I mentioned that I still hadn't received it. Devon mailed it on Tuesday December 28th, and mentioned how the mail leaves Capitola then goes to San Jose, etc.  Devon thought it would get to me by December 31st, and said "I have no control over the mail and as I stated before I think we are all experiencing longer than normal shipping times for products that we use to make things."  I do understand that , but really we're in the same state. You could have maybe actually sent me one from your store. I got the necklace not in time to wear on my vacation.  Lack of communication is why the low star rating.  I'm not sure how well made the necklace is, I've only worn it once, so can't comment on that, it has bad vibes. The pictures show how it arrived.  Devon must have just shoved it the envelope, sheesh.
