I needed a key replaced for my sons car. Even though the website says you will be given an upfront price over the phone-I did not get one. Technician arrived. He was friendly and gave me two options: factory for 495 or after market for 315. I chose the 315. He made the key and it worked perfectly. Handed me the receipt with a total of 774! I was stunned and questioned him and he gave me some nonsense about some code I could keep. I stupidly paid as I wasnt sure what to do since he already made the key. Im so disappointed in the deceptive business practice and would never hire them for anything again. When I tried to have the situation remedied I was given the run around that they use third party contractors and werent responsible. Watch your back with this company.

I called this business on a weekday in the middle of the day. They told me they would find a technician and call me back three hours later I finally got a call. While I was waiting, I was able to find a real locksmith who came out and promptly fixed my problem. Dont waste your time with these clowns.
