I met with Alexander and thoroughly enjoyed our discussion of sporty Grand Seiko options. His expertise was thorough, but I found his insights into the corporate direction of the brand even more interesting. A no pressure environment contributes to a very rewarding place to learn about the brand. Highly recommended.

My first time ever in a Grand Seiko Boutique and watch store was an incredibly pleasurable experience. Thanks to Xavier, who was extremely relatable and professional, he helped out in my discovery of a future purchase of a Grand Seiko. He presented many different options as well as a length of knowledge I greatly appreciated. Also I was relaxed in the zero pressure sales environment while being in the boutique as I am still researching which GS I would like! I am looking to make my first luxury watch purchase through this boutique soon!
