Jorge made the entire tax-filing process a breeze. His professionalism and deep knowledge of tax law immediately put me at ease. No matter how complex my questions were, Jorge answered them patiently and thoroughly, ensuring I fully understood everything. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Jorge kept me updated on the progress of my return and was always readily available to address any concerns I had.

I came expecting to get back a decent amount, so I was pretty disappointed to hear that I owed money at the end. I was pretty frustrated so I ended up leaving and figured out how to do taxes on my own at home.
Admittedly, I was completely wrong about what I was originally expecting. I mistakenly thought I should of gotten the same amount that I did in 2022 but I only worked half a year in 2022. However, I do think there was some miscommunication along the way because I ended up not owing anything after doing the taxes on my own. I think the staff member might have accidentally used my 1095-B form to fill in the 1095-A section, or only showed me the federal tax return.
That being said the staff was really friendly and helpful and I regret acting unprofessional at the end.

The service has gone down significantly! Theyre nice when you come as a first time customer . Then after they always have an attitude and they seem annoyed to help you , but when it comes to tax season theyre all friendly sending you email spams , mail , phone calls etc !! But you need them after and its like talking to a wall . Take your business elsewhere .
