        I went in to exchange some pants I got as a gift. The lady who helped was amazing and I did not get her name. She helped me get another pair and was super helpful and informative. Best experience Ive had and Ive been there multiple times over the last 5 years. Just wanted to share that she was the best and to acknowledge her. My transaction number was 43060 and educator was 99994000148448.

        The older lady with the bad highlights working as the door greeter should be the last person working up front. When we asked her what their holiday bags were filled with (we assumed it was a gift bc of presentation) she practically began to yell at us, you need to spend some money!! then, its just a bag!! over and over. She made us feel really uncomfortable. The staff overall is extremely unfriendly. Stick to buying online or avoid this location if possible.
