We called at dinner time about our 'dead' water heater and Tony was out here and completed an install of a great new water heater before lunch the next day! Superb. Mike was fantastic with changing over our old hot water tank to a tank-less setup, as well as relocating. He is fast, knowledgeable, and doesn't mind explaining what he planned to do, and was doing along the way. The job was a little more expensive than a competitor, but feeling and trusting that we were in good hands was well worth it. Service: Water tank installation

Customer service and a great, bad a#$ personality was the deciding factor with my wife and I going ahead with using the services of Water Heaters Only this morning. We were serviced by the incredible Mike C.(deep diver extraordinaire) who presented us with various options and was completely honest about price and benefits of either going with a regular tank water heater like what we had or going with the tankless. To be honest, it was the great time we had just talking with Mike and hearing his stories that made us feel so comfortable in choosing the tankless heater. We knew we were in great hands and Mike took very good care of us. If anyone out there is lucky enough to have Mike helping them out, you will be very happy and have a great time just being in his presence. He loves to say bad a$%! And he is just that.
