Rafahael Islam was absolutely amazing. I had a situation where my closing fell through last second and I was told (with no fault of my own) that the deal I struck was dead. I was in complete panic mode but my realtor found PMS and in particular Rafahael who was amazing figuring out a way to get the loan for my new home. Rafahael is the bomb ~ seriously, he is the epitome of professional, knowledgeable, great communicator and he will fight for you! ~ AND he delivers on what he promises (not common in the industry) Probably the main reason why I love him to death is he is Solution Oriented and where most loan officers quit ~ when the borrower does not fit in the square hole ~ and the loan requires extra work and getting creative ~ This is where Rafahael excels... Rafahael and the entire team at Private Money Specialists were an absolute joy to work with. I am a Realtor out of GA, and was going though a difficult time getting a buyer of mine a mortgage for a home. Long story short, this situation was very unique, and 3 previous lenders/brokers I talked to could not get the job done. Rafahael's expertise and wide network of lenders allowed us to push this mortgage and buyer through to the finish line. Highly recommend!
