        We went to Suban Sushi & Ramen today for our very first time and I must say it was a fantastic experience! My girlfriend and I ordered the Suban Ramen and it was delicious! The broth was so nice and rich, the noodles were the perfect chewiness and the pork in the ramen was outstanding! We also ordered the gyoza, a spicy tuna hand roll, and the salmon belly nigiri and we were not disappointed. The restaurant has a nice layout and you can tell that the owner cares about the appearance and cleanliness. The server and the person behind the sushi bar were inviting and were accommodating. It is safe to say that this wont be our only time dining at Suban. If you are in the Woodland Hills / Canoga Park area this place is a must visit for quality ramen and sushi!
