I went to the store because after I did my spring cleaning I looked at my 2 just recently purchased bag and remembered that one of them have one handle peeling it's glaze while the other handle is in perfect condition. So naturally I brought them in for repairs. I went to the Topanga mall and spoke to Emily and the manager Sarah I was told that one of the bags will be sent out for free repairs because the speedy I recently bought is peeling because of wear and tear! I said after buying it I have only used it 5 times and obviously there is a quality issue here! I was told No to the repairs and I insisted to have my purse inspected by expert's because if it's normal wear and tear why would the other handle be in perfect condition. The bag isn't that old about a year old haven't even gotten the honey patena yet. Haven't oxidized. While I was explaining my issues to the manager Sarah she was talking to me like I just bought a $20 bag. The after sales service seems to be very difficult and I have no choice but to listen to her no! But I still insisted to have it checked by the expert and I told her that this is a quality issue. I was also told by Sarah that she can already tell that it won't be covered but I got a phone call from her saying that the experts said that they will repair it because it's covered. All along while I was talking to her I truly feel down and humiliated she even said that the bag I purchased isn't that expensive to begin with compared to other leather goods. I feel so bad that I saved up enough money to afford a purse then when something goes wrong I will be shamed and humiliated because she is being selective in who to help! While in store I also see that they assist sales customers and prioritize them over me because I'm there for repairs and not only that I did not feel that there is any willingness to help. If I never insisted for her to have it checked all she wants is to charge me $400 for new handles! Very bad service. I also called customer care asked for their store gm Ava to call but nobody contacted me they said they will have the regional manager call me but no one pays attention. After this I don't know if I will still patronize their products. It made me doubt if this company is a good investment pice or if it's another brand that just declined in quality. I feel betrayed and disrespected especially when she pointed out that the bag I purchased is just a speedy.

I went to this location yesterday to purchase a new handbag, and I was totally ignored the entire time, and then I noticed other customers coming in and getting acknowledged right away the store wasnt that busy but I guess because you have to look a certain way to get help at this location and most of the employees were on their phones and one guy finally pretends like hes so sorry about what happened which by the way Im not buying his apology so I told him that they just lost a customer treat all of your customers the same even if you think that they cant afford to buy a handbag so I left and went to the GUCCI STORE

I walked in to buy some scarves. I'm really happy with the service I got. The staff was really nice. I never thought I'll buy there anything, but I did, and I'm very happy with my purchase and service. I think I'll be coming back for more just because of the service.
