Nothing but good things to say about Encore Builders! My home has been passed down to me from my grandparents and I have always been hesitant to do any work. I like the look and layout of the home but the front yard needed some TLC. I have a large tree which I love and wanted to find a way to work around it. Encore Builders specializes in artificial grass but when I told Brandon and Oz that I preferred a different option they suggested river rocks. We were able to use different colors to create a little walkway/ path and its so charming!!! It is exactly what I wanted and totally fits the feel of the house. As far as everything else - Brandon and Oz and the whole team are spectacular. The crew arrived on time and were very respectful. We had no issues. The pricing was well within my budget and I didnt even get quoted by other companies because in my opinion it didnt even matter; I Had decided I was going to move forward with Brandon and Oz due to their top tier customer service. I instantly felt they were trustworthy and their reviews put me at ease. I checked both Yelp and Google reviews and it was clear that their customers love them just as much as I do.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Encore Builders to upgrade the front yard of my hillside home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Brandon and OZ are fabulous people who very obviously know what they are doing. The team at Encore Builders carefully evaluated the soil conditions, selecting the perfect type and color of mulch to complement the natural surroundings. Now I never even knew what mulch is but the guys explained every step of the process. they explained that mulch would keep the plants we installed hydrated even during the hot LA summers. Mulch has temperature regulating properties that would protect the roots and enrich the soil promoting growth. Ummm where has mulch been my entire life???? Speaking of plants, Encore Builders went above and beyond in helping me choose the right ones. I wanted it mostly green but just a tiny pop of color. They took the time to understand my preferences, as well as the specific sunlight and soil requirements of each plant species. I think that we ended up picking out is a gorgeous blend of foliage that accents the contours of my property. Moreover, the team at Encore Builders meticulously positioned each plant, taking into account factors such as spacing and growth potential to create a balanced and visually appealing landscape. Their commitment to quality craftsmanship was evident in every detail, from the placement of individual plants to the strategic arrangement of shrubs and flowers to create depth and texture. As a result of Encore Builders' expertise and dedication, my front yard has been transformed. The vibrant colors of the plants, combined with the rich texture of the mulch, have breathed new life into my home. It was great working with Brandon and Oz and their crew to complete my backyard renovation. We set up a meeting for them to give me an estimate back in December. Timing wise I wasnt ready to get started on this project but out of all the estimates I got I decided to give Encore Builders a call around late January.They were the two guys that stuck out to me as genuine and professional. I asked them to come by once again to go over what we discussed. They were happy to swing by and explain everything to me step by step. Brandon and Oz had great recommendations on the style and layout and we ended up moving forward with some paving work to add stepping stones. I really like the way it turned out - definitely gives the backyard a luxury feel. The artificial grass installation itself turned out seamless. In my opinion it makes the backyard appear more spacious. Everyone always showed up on time and kept everything professional. Encore Builders is an outstanding company. Fair pricing, professional work, and honest people. Im glad this is the company I chose and have nothing but positive things to say.

I recently worked with Encore Builders on a front yard project, and I must say they delivered. Oz and Brandon were there every step of they way . My front yard is on a hillside and the driveway is kind of steep. The surrounding grass was looking sad and we wanted something a little more convenient and comfortable. I knew I wanted steps but I had no idea how it would look and fit the space. One of the most impressive aspects of working with Encore Builders was their use of a 3D designer to bring our vision to life. I am a little old fashioned and quite a stranger to all these technological advances but Oz suggested we work with a 3D designer to create draw up some imaging. They sent over their lovely designer who instantly pulled out her laptop and showed us some similar projects. I already liked what I was seeing. She recommended artificial grass and diagonal steps. The 3D imaging looked great and by then I was pretty set on getting the project rolling. I selected the grass type with Oz and asked them to start as soon as possible. Within a few days we were able to get the ball rolling and the job really only took a few days. The price was definitely lower than we expected and the results look even better than the design. The process of working with the 3D designer was great. Brandon and Oz were also great. Truly everyone on this team is great. Im really happy with the color and liveliness of the grass. It makes the space look bigger and cleaner. The steps are much more convenient than the little hill driveway and the whole fam is pretty impressed. Encore Builders took the time to understand our preferences - nothing was rushed. The option for 3D design allowed us to envision the work without having to commit. It helped relieve the pressure a little bit since Im not used to these types of renovations. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Encore Builders highly enough for any landscaping work. I also recommend the use of 3D design to anyone who doesnt want to jump right in to a project. Dont let other companies pressure you. Although this is an additional step in the process it is a great tool and gives you an idea of a final result.

I had a specific budget in mind and Brandon and Oz were transparent with pricing and costs. We actually ended up below budget for artificial grass and stepping stones. The crew workers were kind and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone was always on time, estimates were sent out within the timeframe, and everything was executed according to plan. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations and I am happy to recommend Encore Builders to my family and friends. They are a trustworthy company that goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Dont hesitate - call them up.
