Well, my plants are dying now, all because Charles kept saying he would come out to do regular maintenance on my yard and kept not showing up (forgetting). When I first contacted him I asked him if he had room in his schedule to take on my yard and he assured me he did. Just once a month since the place is mostly desert plants. Should be easy enough to fit in one single visit each month right? Each week Id have to call him and ask hey did you make it out this week? and hed say no but Ill be there next week I promise and would never show up to do any work. For an entire month! I told him on the third week if you dont have room in your schedule thats fine just please let me know so I can get a landscaper who has time to do the service they promised to do and he assured me dont worry well be there this thursday. Well, thursday came and went and he never showed up. I called him and texted him after and got no response or call back. Extremely unprofessional. Whats so hard about just being honest and saying you dont have the time/enough employees?? Meanwhile my plants are dying, a month has been wasted and now here I am writing this review.
