Bought a pair of sterling silver charms for my necklace, or so I was told it was sterling silver. A year after my purchase, they tarnished horribly, I did buy warranty but it was useless since it happened right before the pandemic.I was upset at the fact that I was told that it got ruined because I was probably in a swimming pool and chlorine caused it's tarnished. I love silver and own many silver jewelry and I've never had an issue like this. I wish I would have taken a picture of the items before disposing of them, I was very upset at the time. Don't buy from this company and if you have, have a real jewelry store check them out.

I have not shopped for gold in a long time let alone for someone I know. So I don't know how good the price was, I think it was alright. My friend got a bracelet that was hollow gold, I got a pair of earrings. Second item was 50% off. There was a option of adding a warranty that covered breakage. Since I was getting 50% off I added that for my friends braclet to my bill. It went smooth until checkout, we were paying separate and the amount wasn't coming up right. They fixed that, part of it was alot for taxes. Their computer system needs to be better, it should have automatically figured all the prices that would have been a big help.
