        Mr. Asatryan may indeed be a friendly man but the way his business is operated is simply outrageous. This is more the fault of the Insurance Company he represents but none the less, it's a reflection on him. Having been insured by this brokerage since 1997, I got a non renewal based on an inaccurate inspection of my home done by an incompetent inspector . Once the inspection has been done, you have no recourse. I would caution anyone doing business with this brokerage or with Allstate.

      I apologize for the inconvenience Robert; the process truly is out of my hands as the company has its own guidelines to be met regarding property maintenance for wildfire/brush risk locations. We did reach out to you months ahead of time to plan for this but nevertheless it is an inconvenience and understandable.
