This was the second time we have used this service. Last month we paid for a deep clean of our house because we were told that we had to in order to start our service.
The crew this that came today told me that there was no way they did a deep clean last month as the house was too dirty for it to have been done. Pictures werent dusted, blinds, fans, etc.
So I called the office right away and explained that my husband was here last time and he didnt check after they left as to what was done. He assumed the house received a deep cleaning because thats what we ordered and paid for.
I was told that they cant clean every room and rotate rooms to clean each time. They have other jobs to get to so they cant spend too much time. That we should have checked the house before they left, and it just went round and round with no solution. The lady was adamant that we got what we paid for.
I pay you to clean my entire house, not to rotate rooms each time and decide what to clean and a deep cleaning means that you are cleaning everything!! She didnt seem to understand this and the customer service was horrible from the lady in the office.
Currently looking for a new service. Service: Deep clean

Used merry maids many many times. Very pleased with their cleaning. Always friendly, trustworthy
I always give the ladies a tip. Highly recommend.

I love Merry Maids! They do everything you want, use great products, and are so dependable. They are also very nice people!
