From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The gym has a maximum capacity of 10 people per class, ensuring that every session feels like a personalized training session. This level of attention and guidance is a breath of fresh air compared to the overcrowded and impersonal environment I've encountered at other gyms. What sets this gym apart is their commitment to continually evolving their programming. Instead of repetitive routines, they rotate their programming every month, focusing on different aspects of fitness such as strength, power, and muscle growth. This variety not only keeps things exciting but also allows members to target specific goals and prevent plateauing. The instructors are incredibly skilled and attentive. They take the time to get to know each member individually, their strengths, and areas for improvement.     I cant say enough about this place, and Sven and Kort. My goals with strength training were focused on building muscle, protecting joints, and increasing my athleticism and performance. This seemed like a tall order with a new physical challenge that threatens long term mobility. But I am committed to staying healthy and went to Sven for training and mentorship based on his experience in kinesiology and his passion for movement and fitness. I trust him fully and this has been the best decision I couldve made. I find that our workouts have me conscious that my body is moving and responding much differently than even a month ago more sure-footed and nimble. I feel a difference in navigating; I am lighter and faster on my feet. Tireless. Mobile. Strong. Even after hitting the gym and 9 miles of walking through Paris while abroad, I felt like I could put it in low gear and run back to my apartment, if I felt like it. This is new for me something I only dreamed about not very long ago. The feedback, outlook, dedication, and philosophy at Strength & Mobility are the real deal. These guys will meet you exactly where you are on your fitness journey, and provide the training and support to meet and exceed your goals. Life changing, for me. Thanks, Sven and Strength Mob!

    What an incredible gym! My wife found this place two years ago and we have never looked back. They focus on making sure everything is done the right way. From doing a 15 minute warmup including mic movements & stretching, to a ~40 minute strength training session followeddyna by a 5-10 minute core finisher (and last but not least static stretching after the workout), Sven & Kort know what they're doing. This is a meticulous, scientific approach to... you guessed it - Strength AND Mobility. Can't recommend this gym enough. It'll change your life.
