Just when you think there are no reliable people left in construction, along comes Alex. Despite encountering difficulties every single step of the way with our commercial project, Alex stuck to it and saw it through to completion. He went well beyond the scope of the work in ensuring that we're not left hanging, and for that I really appreciate his hard work, and for the many visits he had to make to the project site to meet with an endless stream of inspectors. He obtained clearances from 7 different departments (thanks LA!), painstakingly reaching out to each inspector and conducting field inspections and corrections. Ultimately this is what you want in a general contractor: someone that picks up the phone and does not give up despite how tough the job turns out to be. I'm already planning a second project with Alex and I'll be sending business his way every opportunity that I have because I need him to stay in this business a little while longer haha :) Services: General construction, Commercial projects, General building construction, Remodeling, Drywall installation, Concrete pouring, Flooring
