Our noisy old electric garage door opener died. Even though we have a local place, I wasn't happy with the garage door they replaced, so I saw an ad and called Professional Garage Door and Gates. I couldn't be happier! They had different offerings at different price points and I thought they were good. It's hard to wax poetic over a garage door motor with a keypad and remote, but these guys are great. After they give you the free estimates for the different things available, they're ready to install right then and there! Amazing. There's no pressure, just great service. I highly recommend them.

Tech had the entire problem solved within 15 minutes. He was super professional, knew exactly what he was doing, didnt try and upsell you on anything and he guarantees the workmanship. Highly recommend.

Very courteous from setting the appointment and during the appointment. They called the day of the appointment to verify the time they were coming and even gave me an estimated time in case I needed to run an errand. They worked very well together on my garage door and had an excellent attitude. Would highly recommend these guys! These are the kind of employees that every company wishes they could find and hold on to!

I spoke with Shay and he was very helpful and understanding. Instead of going into fees and costs right away like 2 other nearby places did, he listened to my situation and offered options to fix it. When we talked about pricing, they were competitive and affordable. I also needed a new spring and opener, but wasn't sure if I needed new cables. He said the team would have it on hand and I could decide then. The technicians showed up two days later. Friendly, cordial, and pleasant. They walked me through what they were doing and showed me how to set it up on the app. It was a very positive and productive procedure, and their prices were competitive. I highly recommend it.
