Arya. Totally not true. I told you many times our credit card terminal was down. It was down for 3 days. I have resolved the issue with the CC terminal now. I have DM messages from you and I stating that our terminal was down. So,If you have hard facts please comment it, but please don’t make up things. I think when you came back this morning, and that someone else bought the last unit with cash you were a little upset. I do understand that. I could keep you on the waiting list for future PIONEER FLX10. We do receive them, but it’s on allocation.

First of all, Sandra, is not the person we gave our service to. The service was given to another lady. She asked to activate her T-Mobile phone and we activated her phone on a T-Mobile network called Gen Mobile. However, her phone did not work. We are not responsible for their phone not working. The phone looked physically perfect and in very good condition. We can not check the internal matter of the phone or if there is money owed to the account which makes the phone not usable till that matter is cleared off. She was a perfect customer till we explained the situation to her. We told her we can refund the activation fee but not the monthly fee since the line was already active. She can use the sim with another T-Mobile phone or any other unlocked phone. She was belligerent and very loud at this time ripping out her receipt. We have all that on our surveillance camera. So, when she says bad service, it’s not true, we were calm and tried to explained the situation to her but she kept talking over us. I’m sorry, but we tried. We have been in service for a long time and we are one of the first in cellphone service starting with pagers.
