Impatient doctor. I really felt that Dr. Yury was unprofessional and impatient. How can you be a dentist and impatient with the people that you are supposed to serve. I only had a gag reflex problem but I was willing to try to keep going so I could get the service I needed but, Dr. Yury proceeded to go speak with the manager or the one in charge of medical and billing and accused me of being hard to work with and very difficult. I let the other woman know that I wanted to continue but she said that she couldnt proceed if I kept being uncooperative, which all I had was gag reflex. I did express that I didnt like how I was being spoken to and walked away.
Ive always had a reflex problem and that was never an issue with other dentists.
Please do your research when it comes to dentists and their level of care and compassion.

I'm a regular customer/ patient and I came in to get my bridge on March 3, 2023. I'm very happy with the results and I have had prior work done with Dr. Yury Bershadsky and he does a fantastic job. The dental assistants and the ladies at the front desk are amazing.  I have been to a few dentists in the area and this was the best experience.  I highly recommend West Valley Dental.

Let me start by saying I dealt with this facility before 10 years ago and was not impressed. After calling a long list of facilities, I just wasn't feeling that interpersonal caring connection. Then West Valley Dental popped up on my list. I was hesitant at first, but thought I would give it a try.  I felt an immediate  connection with Diana the receptions over the phone, who was very professional and made me feel very comfortable and understood my issue. The day of my visit Diana wasn't at the front desk but Elena was there and was very nice and helpful in getting my paperwork together. Then I went to the back and had another awesome connection with Sainty & Tamara, Gee I hope I spelled their names right who were very helpful and accommodating explaining the best procedure for my needs.  I felt no pressure from the Doctor or the staff very genuine. After reaching out to several other facilities, I'm glad I made the decision to come back to West Valley Dental. In business the people you have working for you do make a difference!

I came in as a new patient and knew I needed to have a tooth extracted. Dr. Bershadsky and his staff were all amazing. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort during the procedure. My experience was as pleasant as it could be, given the work I needed.
