I reserved a slot for the next day to pick up my old mattress and then was immediately contacted by William that they could pick it up the same day in 90 minutes! Their quote was reasonable so I booked the appointment. Carlos and Daniel even arrived a little early and they had my mattress out of my apartment in 10 minutes. I paid by Zelle and it was one of the easiest, quickest, and painless business transactions Ive ever had in LA. Ill definitely use them again.

I really appreciated the fast, responsive communication and effort to win my business. Although this was not the cheapest option, they were willing to offer a small competitive discount. The biggest advantage was same-day service! The guys arrived early for the appointment and were incredibly cheerful for 7:30 at night. They even included taking an extra oversized cardboard box that was hard for me to cut down. All in all, I was delighted and felt I got a good value for the money.
