Very good service, I called them. They came and picked up the rugs, one of them Danish Wool, and cleaned them incredibly well for a decent price. Always pleasant to talk to and they returned my rugs in less than half the time that they said they would. They will get all my return business.

I have taken all of my Persian rugs to Shane and not only does he have knowledge about what provinces the rugs come from but hes so knowledgeable about how theyre made and what theyre made of. Hes even given me advice on their values and how best to take care of them. Every rug Ive left with him has been cleaned beautifully and carefully and in some cases, even repaired extremely well. Shane is very friendly and very easy to talk to and knows the business inside and out. I highly recommend Superior Rug!

Such a good experience the last time I used this company and even though it had been too long since I had my rugs cleaned, Shane had my information at hand and immediately sent someone to collect my rugs.
