The latch on paper keyless entree sounds amazing in reality its the most dangerous device you can have for your home or to get inside and out of the property in this crime ridden city , forget about if it rains your not getting in as the device is so sensitive it works against you trying to get think slip and slide , the code is so long by the time you type the whole code it sometimes resets back to beginning yes you can use your phone good luck digging through your purse to open via the app , residents stay away from this place are any that uses the latch trust me it will save you peace of mind also if you live here get ready for the fire alarms to go off once a month at 3 am for 30 minutes or longer good times

Moved in recently, so far its been great. No real complaints. All my neighbors are nice and the gym is always available. Cindy was the best at helping me get set up and quick to answer questions. Guest parking is limited

I have lived at this apartment complex for over six years now, and I don't plan on moving anytime soon. It's all you could want in an apartment and more. First, the neighborhood is safe and generally quiet, and it's within walking distance of a mall, another outdoor mall, several Targets, two movie theaters, a Costco, and tons of great places to eat. My neighbors are kind and courteous, as is the staff, who are always there to help out and involve everyone in the AWP community. The maintenance staff is also second-to-none, especially Milton, who is one of the friendliest and hardest-working people I've ever met. They always fill service requests within 24 hrs, and they are always respectful of the apartment. Finally, the apartment itself is very, very well-maintained and clean. The common areas, the pools, even the huge communal grilling area -- everything is great. There is really no downside to AWP -- I am happy and proud to call it my home.

The Avalon team really does try their best to make a community here with the different events they hold. We were able to stop by for different food they were offering such as wings and cane's and we were even able to win a whole turkey for thanksgiving through a scavenger hunt in common areas. Of course there are always positives and negatives where ever you live, but these events definitely make our experience living here better.
