        DONT move in here!!!!! Unless you like a nosy manager trying to control the complex like a jail bothering your guest, questioning them and not respecting others privacy. Also the complex has roaches A LOT OF them!! Carpets in the hallways filthy stained dirty!

        I highly do not recommend staying at this apartment. The apartment changed the management company 3 times within the past year I have lived there. In addition, there was a $600 security deposit that was used without notice to fix specific aspects of the apartment.

        This is a decent property with beautiful landscape inside in a vey busy and happening place like Canoga Park which is only 20 miles from downtown LA. Management has been prompt to resolve any apartment related issue. I will personally thank the property manager who was very understanding and had empathy towards the tenants.
