Park Place

Current manager is horrible ( March 2020 )doesn’t help with anything. Just want you to pay rent that’s all they care about. I loved living here until this new manager arrived I have now placed my notice in to move due to the lack of care they have for the tenant ... it’s disgusting . Horrible experience so glad to be leaving

The worst Management ever. They basically made stealing legal. I am not going to waste time for such low life people but hope this review pulls you out from coming to this place.

This is the worst place I've ever lived. Thank God I'm no longer here. The new owners are completely racist. Or at least it feels that way. Judging books by their cover isnt the way. This place has a major roach problem. They are in the walls of the whole complex. They come out of the baseboards. Are found outside and inside. Residents are so disrespectful and let their animals pee all over. Constant parties till 5am. And no one respects the gym so it's always dirty and broken. Cars broken into weekly. Dangerous people find their way in. AVOID THIS PLACE

So this place "closed" on Yelp and made a new page which removed all negative reviews. Then they have 3 not recommended reviews. All full stars and from bot accounts. I moved in July and this place hasn't forwarded any mail. I've had multiple packages stolen now. I honestly hate the owners of this place. God awful humans. ROACH INFESTED RUN BY SLUM LORDS I underlined all that park place lies about. All underlined don't exist at this place. Like they are completely made up. No dog run. Just a dirt area behind the tennis court. 1 unit has a patio. Not close to Warner center. About 20 min away from it. Spacious closets is hilarious as these units don't have any storage space. Like at all. And no 24 hour anything. Emergencies are left to law enforcement who can't even access the building 90% of the time because the leasing office is always closed. ....noticed the only positive review on here isn't for this complex. They never had furnished Units and the units are tiny. I attached the users post. Its completely inaccurate and nothing pertains to park place. Either they posted a review for the wrong complex or they are misleading people by lying about it. Regardless this place is a roach infested gold plated piece of poo. Worst place ive ever lived. Ive been here 2 years and am finally free. Roach infested and littered with disrespectful residents. Im not sure why the owners refuse to fix anything but the best part about this place, erica the leasing office manager, quit. The gym is constantly filled with disrespectful residents who never put back equipment. 2 washers and dryers for the entire upstairs floor. Residents constantly overpacking the machines so they are usually out of order. Also paper thin walls and very noisy neighbors. Its like when people get their first apartment and constantly party. Cars broken into regularly even with a gated garage. Dogs pee on everything and no one cleans up after their pets. If you want a safe, clean conplex to call home.....DONT MOVE HEREi

Awful management. We are a very clean and tidy couple. Our apartment was always presentable for guests. At some point, a roach problem manifested. It took months of complaining for the problem to be fully resolved. I am absolutely scarred for life. It was absolutely disgusting to have bugs everywhere for an entire season of the year. It's not surprising that this happened in retrospect, the trash room is disgusting and the trash chutes are regularly packed with garbage that will not fit. The complex is regularly littered by a few impolite neighbors. It seems that a bug problem was inevitable. Our unit additionally had air-conditioning trouble on several occasions, which would make the apartment unlivable. My newer Mustang was broken into one night while parked in the front parking lot. The passanger window was smashed in and a gym bag was stolen. I spoke with management who were utterly useless. They wouldn't let me look at any security footage and eventually said "we don't have any cameras that are pointing in that direction of the parking lot." What kind of security is that?! The gym was fine, nothing fancy. The garage was fine but when the gate breaks down you could be trapped there waiting to leave. Our unit was spacious and we made it into a nice home for a year. The paint pealed in our bathroom a bit, but it wasn't that terrible. For the price we paid, it would have been great had the lack of security, roach problem, and a/c troubles not ruined our time there.
