        NRG used to be my heating and air conditioning company until they busted through a wall putting a new thermostat in which I didn't even ask for and was too small for the area. We noticed it the next day and couldn't believe he hadn't known what he did. Obviously he must have but didn't say anything . We called numerous times for them to send someone to plaster over the hole to no avail. They seemed to think it wasn't their problem. Anyway, after a year we just gave up and crossed them off as our air conditioning company. It has been no loss! Don't want a company that's shady and crooked which they are

        They dont pay their sub contractors. We did a rush job for them and have been given the run around for over a month to get payment.
