I have used Mike Hogan's service a few years back for landlord issues and he got things done in a timely manner. He is straight forward with what he can and cannot do. I think he is a trustworthy law service provide that you can rely on.

Mr. Hogan and his assistant did an excellent job of negotiating a settlement with my tenant.  I was impressed with how fast they responded to my emails and kept things moving in a positive direction.  If I encounter any legal issues in the future, I will definitely call the Law Office of Mike Hogan.

I recently needed advice for a specific situation regarding a real estate transaction. I had a short time frame - 21 days until closing and he wrote a very thorough agreement in the allotted time. I originally sent him a draft agreement that I felt encompassed everything that I wanted, but he was quickly able to dissect my document with several scenarios and items that needed my attention. During our calls, he highlighted several key issues to look out for that I had never even considered and amended our document accordingly with a quick turnaround. His insight and experience in such matters was very valuable, and could save me exponentially in the future.  In the end, I felt very happy with the agreement that was put together and gives me a peace of mind going forward.
