Came in and asked for a gel manicure. They literally only had 2 customers and told me No, they don't have time. Normally places will at least ask if you can come back later or tomorrow. Not very friendly here at all.

We tried to go to a different salon around the corner actually and they turned us away so we ended up at Noa's and grateful we did! We were the only customers on a Sunday afternoon, I got a gel manicure with a DESIGN!! Which I'm discovering is rare because other places I go always say no to designs on gel, has to be acrylic. Which I think is fake....but what do I know. They came out amazing I got so many compliments on my nails for weeks :)

Oh my god, the absolute worst nail technicians on the planet. I never had my nails done so badly in my whole career of life. Just throw a blob of acrylic on your nails and save your money instead of going here. I went to my usual place across town, ended up spending double on the worst full set of my life. It was a long few weeks before I could pull them off. This was after for 30 mins one of the ladies was asking me to help her with some dumb stuff on her phone. Beyond annoying staff and 0 technique. I have no idea who goes here or why. Meanwhile I now drive 2 cities away to go back to my normal shop. Perfect 10 Nails on Almaden. You pay a million dollars there but at least they do way better work than this hole in the wall.

I went here myself and my daughter spent hundreds of dollars on nails and toes. I texted one day to make another appointment for myself and my daughter and this was the response...totally unprofessional. I always liked my nails but I also spoke up when they were too long for me to type with for work. Daniel was very rude my last appointment saying I need to book more time for him to get them right. He already takes almost 3hrs to do my full set. How much more time is needed? If they mess up they don't want you to speak up or fix it. The problem is this place is understaffed and overpriced. He left humps in my nails because he had another client and didn't have time to file it he said. I will never recommend this place to another soul. Find a place that respects your time and your money. Customer service is not present here.
