Have been referred to this florist for a few years. I do a lot of arrangements for customers monthly. Felt a commitment w another. Kicking myself now. Wonderful customer service, above and beyond. Arrangements lovely. My new place!! Karen is an angel. You won't be disappointed.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sister and Petite Petal was on point! Decent price and they delivered on a day they are normally closed. Love the beautiful arrangement and the classic look of the bouquet. It's actually surprising that they didn't include their business card along with the bouquet, and kind of wish they did! Really sweet that the note that I provided when I ordered the bouquet was actually handwritten. Obviously lots of care and it gives the feel of a small shop. Can't wait to visit this place after COVID isn't too much of a reality!

Delivers the best blooms with the best service. Also organizes various types of workshops such as baby showers, team building activities, based on needs of the customers. The owner of the store is so kind and friendly, you can ask anything about the flowers to her. My wife and I want to express our thanks and appreciation for the excellent service Karen provided, supplying all the floral arrangements for my mother-in-law's memorial ceremony.  Funerals are more of a challenge at this time, due to COVID-19 restrictions; we had to hold a small, outdoor ceremony, so we wanted to at least make it as beautiful and special as possible with floral decoration.  Karen met us at the cemetery a week in advance to survey the location and she and my wife exchanged ideas and suggestions.  She understood exactly what my wife wanted and had in mind, and on the day of the ceremony Karen arrived early as promised, set it all up quickly and efficiently and it was just perfect ... beautiful and exactly what we had asked for.  Again, many thanks!
