        My Samsung SSD boot drive was no longer being recognized by my PC. Ray was able to recover all the user data including the latest files for several design projects, and I had my files back within 24 hours. The cost was well worth it, given the amount of time that I would have spent re-creating it all. Excellent service, easy-to-access location, would recommend!

        Skilled and speedy, but most important to me - honest. When he couldnt complete my requested changes to my laptop (completely on my side, I asked for something that turned out to be literally impossible) he tried every possible avenue and then refused to accept my payment. I will be going to TechCare for all my IT problems and I encourage friends, family, and strangers alike to do the same.
