I also created a new business profile for attorney michelle brenot. Please go check it out.5 stars for his secretary, Jo-Ann is delightful to chat and professional in her job. On the contrary, Robert just talks about attorney fees which is fine to me coz that's what attorney is (law school tuition fees are expensive to pay off) and why they become attorney (charge ridiculous hour rate $500 to earn BIG money). During the consultation, he does take notes from client. He did write good papers but never send the draft to me to approve first. So there's some errors in it which made me felt uncomfortable and insecure. But the papers he wrote didn't require me to sign my name.Also he didn't go to the hearing physically, he used telephone conference call without my approval. I was in the hospital at that time so I couldn't attend the hearing myself anyway. Suddenly I was notified that we're heading to a trial and he asked me for $10k immediately after the hearing. WHAT THE HELL & WHAT THE FUCK. I always want a SOC so we can take some time to negotiate and settle without appear in front of the judge. Judge is a busy animal, they don't care about our wellbeing. People married for love and divorce for money, that's the rule of California family law.So I fired him under mercy without reporting him to the state bar of California coz he's old enough to retire. He did protect me in the first time hearing that he asked me to not speak coz I was emotional. I still appreciate for his help but just can't stand for the money hungry philosophy and the male figure that try to determine every move of the case without consulting with client first.

This review is about Michelle Brenot a fabulous lawyer associated with this law office.Michelle is a cut to the chase effective problem solving attorney.  She has a bold yet logical approach to developing a winning solution for every family court matter you might be facing.  In the midst of divorce, custody issues, spousal and child support drama you need a realistic but bold mindset.  Who needs endless court dates that lack resolution- but we don't want to settle for lackluster result either right? Michelle will represent you with boldness, a logical and practical (but doesn't sell you out) approach.  She stands firm on what is just and fair.  Her strong resolve in the courtroom will bring effective and winning solutions to your family court matters.I want to add that Michelle is an expert at carving out strategic schedules tailored to resolve custody issues as well as meet the families needs.  She offers an endless myriad of possible schedule arrangements highlighting the pros and cons as to why certain schedules will work best in certain situations.I am grateful for having found Michelle after experiencing a less seasoned lawyer.  This new lawyer was prone to backing down and not fighting boldly or even take a strong stance for justice about a matter concerning my 5 year old daughter.  Michelle has over 20 years experience with Family Law.  Michelle is great advocate for children.  She has a heart for helping children caught in the throes of divorce and the fight between battling "fiery foe" co-parents.  During our meetings I appreciated her understanding and patience in spite of my lack of cohesiveness in relaying the details of an ugly divorce  as well as my dismay of the divorce court process and experience.  Michelle honed in and redirected my focus allowing me to see the bigger picture.  She finalized my divorce proceedings and paid great attention to every beneficial detail in the final divorce decree as well as ensuring that my children were provided for.Thank you Michelle Brenot

Bob Tennant is an amazing attorney. He is straightforward and cuts right to the chase. He seems very rough around the edges when you meet him, but he is truly passionate and has a heart of gold. In addition to that, he is extremely intelligent. He gets it. He gets every word you tell him. And then he fights like hell to get the desired result. I found him by sheer luck and am so grateful that I did. He is a true gem of a person and attorney!
