Rumsey-Lang Well Drilling

I have used these guys since the mid 80s and have always been impressed with their knowledgable and prompt service. I just had them come and replace a worn out pump and couldnt be any happier, especially impressed with Brandon. This guy is the employee every employer is looking for.......also, great customer service on the phone and at the counter, thankyou too Bridget!

I work for a property management company. One of our homes didn't have water and are on a well. I called Rumsey-Lang and they were SO pleasant to work with and got someone out there same day! We appreciate you!! Amazing customer service.

Ive had Rumsey-Lang come out a couple of times. The first time I think his name was Gary, came out and went over everything with me, and answered all my dumb questions. Awesome service. Then a couple years later my water was having low pressure. Todd came out the other day and fixed the problem. Same as before, great service, answered all my questions, and even gave me advise for my baby coming soon. Its a great feeling when you finally find a business that goes above and beyond. Couldnt recommend them enough!

When I called Rumsey-Lang and told them that I'd been out of water for a month (due to various misadventures with the weather), I could feel the urgency they had. Within a couple hours, I had them up to work on my well pump. They had to come twice because the well pumps they had brought (and the one that I had installed before) were too large for my setup, but I appreciate that they didn't sell me on the more expensive one. In the end, they got it done as quickly as humanly possible and got water back into my home.The only gripe I have is that they had to come back a third time and spent a lot of time (= money) trying to find a leak, which I ended up figuring out (it was an irrigation system that had fell over in the storm). It would have been nice to have the leak tested for and diagnosed the first time they came over, but really, it's my fault for not figuring it out myself.Overall five stars for service, attitude and promptness.
