My father and I began looking for solutions to selling a home that was recently red tagged due to home deemed NOT fit to live in(health and safety wise), which was caused by the tenants. The tenants were also relatives which made matters more difficult. My father and I had two choices, either clean up the house again(did 2 years prior) and/or sell the house as is. I spoke to some folks and google searched and came upon The Real Estate Solutions Guys website. The initial story on the site spoke to me. I thought to myself, thats us. I emailed Robert Taylor on a late Saturday night and received a call message on Sunday. We spoke on Monday morning and met Monday early evening. I explained our situation and Robert responded with such compassion, concern, and no judgement while maintaining professionalism. He did not act like a salesperson but rather a person who wants to help and make others lives easier. In my mind, based on these attributes and his wealth of knowledge, I knew this was the person we wanted to work with. Of course, next would be to learn about his process and what he was prepared to offer my father. The price was more than fair, given the work that needed to be on the house. As for the process, it was simple to understand and no complicated hoops to jump through. The transaction went smoothly. Robert took care of everything. Even a week after the house closed, Robert allowed me to go back into the house to search for tenants personal items that the tenant had forgot to take. I couldnt find the items at the time, but Robert and his wife saved the items for me when he came upon them and contacted me. These times have been quite stressful for me and my father. Robert took most of that stress. Without Roberts help, my father and I would probably still be cleaning out that house. Robert.......was and is a God Sent. Very Satisfied with the entire transaction. They offered a fair price and the entire paperwork process was very efficient and smooth. I could not imagine any easier way to do a real estate sale.

Robert and I met in 2009 when I helped him sell a property he personally owned, since then, as an investor he has bought and sold several homes. The quality of workmanship, the ethical nature and the way he makes sure the sellers are happy when he purchases and the buyers are happy when he sells is a winning combination in my book.

We were lost as to what to do to sell our rental property in Sacramento during the very few days that we had available while we visited our daughter in Sacramento until the moment I called Robert Taylor, "the real estate solutions guy". Robert responded promptly to our call and we met at our property for his inspection review, and within MINUTES Robert made us a no-nonsense offer on the property "as-is", all inclusive, with NO "hiden costs" or any other customary real estate transaction charges (no "points", no commissions, no escrow and/or recording fees, in-short: NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES) and we just couldn't resist; He and his wife hand-wrote a contract offer with all the detailed instructions to the escrow office, we both SIGNED the paper and it was all completed right there and then. Within seven days we signed the escrow documents in our home, back in Illinois and the sale went through smoothly.
