Placed an order on the Mobil app this evening. Drove over, checked in that I arrived. Waited 10 min & received a phone call from Susan telling me they are out of fries. Well, I ordered a kids meal with fries and a shake. She never offered to other options so I said that I guess we can just cancel the order. She said they can't cancel it because I placed it through a 3rd party company. I placed it through the habits mobile app. I asked her name 3x and she whispered it each time. I asked if she was the manager and she said she is the manager. I asked it if she is the genera manager a few times before she admitted that she is not. I told her that I didn't think it was ok that they are keeping my money and not providing me with a product or at least canceling the order. She said I needed to call the customer service number if I want my money back and then proceeded to say "I don't know what to tell you" before hanging up on me. She was super condescending and disrespectful. She never once apologized for the inconvenience. She spoke to me like she was scolding her child. So I called the number, guess what, they don't do anything with refunds. You have to send an email. So now I have emailed, I have lost time, peace of mind and money and it's freaken Easter. I am disgusted that this is how the habit thinks they should treat customers. I now will have to contact my bank to get my money back. Not worth the hassle for a kids meal.
