Scheduled service weeks ago. Asked for 3 -4 cleaners as it is a larger house. 2 cleaners show up. They drive up recording a video of the property- a red flag for security. The cleaners were unfriendly from the start. They walked the home and try to shake me down and charge extra. I had to call Zach multiple times telling my concerns and communicating between him and his cleaners. Something he should be doing. Then the cleaners decide to just leave without notice, forcing me to scramble to find another cleaner before we move in the next day. Zach was unaccommodating and didnt bother to find replacement cleaners. He has questionable cleaners who are clearly not background checked nor reliable. Avoid referral companies like this. This owner admitted he doesnt even meet his assigned cleaners in person nor inspect their quality of work.
