I just received 2 lounge chairs that I ordered from Costco which were manufactured by Pacific Casual. Wow they are beautiful. The packing was amazing and all it took was to pull them out and set them in the yard! So far the workmanship looks great so I'm overjoyed with my purchase. I spent a lot of time researching all the reviews on the Costco website to find the best one. I think I did! Please look at what other sites say amount this company. I really don't think a company can stay in business if they are expected to replace worn fabrics year after year. Ridiculous! Happy shopping!

DO NOT buy from this company. If you do, be FOREWARNED. We purchased what we thought was a beautiful metal gazebo with fabric cover, drapes, and insect netting. After one season, the cover failed in multiple spots ALONG THE SEAMS. When we contacted customer service they were very polite and sent us a new one but were quick to tell us that they would not honor any further warranty on the new cover. Well a year and a half later, the cover again failed in multiple spots ALONG SEAMS. We contacted customer service and were told they would not replace the second cover and the damage was likely being caused by the sun. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT MAKES OUTDOOR FURNITURE THAT CAN’T WITHSTAND THE SUN??? Needless to say, we were told we could purchase a third cover. We waited until the Spring to buy the third cover and when we contacted customer service, we were told that they no longer made the cover or supported our model gazebo. We have since discovered there is no way to acquire a new cover. So, I am now stuck with an expensive metal framed 10’x12’ gazebo that is only worth its weight in recycling. Thank you for your lack of customer support and professionalism Pacific Casual LLC. You have helped us, our family, and our friends all narrow down with whom we will all do business with for our future outdoor furniture needs.

Very Bad workman ship.Nuts and bolts are not aligned and on top that very poor customer service. Please before taking home there heavy products home for assembly keep in mind there workmanship is very very poor.
