        Im interested in getting a solar generator after going through hurricane Ian I requested info and received email when I replied I had questions I was told to email them. As you know one question leads to another. I received an email back with a number to call to answer questions

        Not Trustworthy POOR ON RETURNS Customer Service at the Oxnard CA, location. They tried to resist my refund within 30 days. Filed a claim just to get refunded.I Ordered a Nature's Generator's Transfer Switch by accident Online. I returned it by mail, call to check on the status of a refund, left several messages, and NEVER received a call back as promised by the customer service representative. Had to file a claim online in order to get a refund for the return.
