        1099 Pro allows cusotmers to wait on hold for 90 minutes for every call made during tax season.  Today alone, I have made 5 calls to them.  I sit on hold until I give up.  Twice, I waited on hold for over 90 minutes.  The second time my call was disconnected on at 4:45 after being on hold for over 2 hours.  Completely unacceptable.  How in the world can this compa y stay in business?  My company will not ever use 1099 Pro ever again.  I definitely reocmmend you sit and do everything manually befrore wasiting your time and money with this company.
