e really appreciated that they understood we wanted to work with a company who we could work in stages with and was as conscious with our budget as we were. Emma and Yair were so both so kind and provided suggestions that we didnt even think of! Benny, Yair and the rest of the team were always on time, kind, professional & Yair was excellent with providing us updates throughout the process. Throughout the process we were able to change and tweak the design which was so helpful and fun! The before and after of our backyard is just mind blowing to think of where it was and how perfect it is now! It was complete dirt, weeds, an old storage shed left behind by the owners. Pristine helped us with installing a sprinkler system, grass, plants along the wall, helped us demo the wall to make it smooth, repaint the patio floor, install pavers and stones, and evened out the side yard to help us prevent any flooding into the AC unit. It was a big project but it was completed on time! Were forever grateful and we cant wait to continue reaching out to Pristine when we decide to start renovating the front!

I have been contacted them since 2021 October. It took a while because we had to wait for HOA approval. But periodically I updated them the progress. After submitting HOA I called them to make sure they understand the progress. They told me that They will be available at the end of September. I told them that's fine with us. A few days later we got approval from HOA. I contacted them again to get a quote on final approved plan. They said they would get back to me but never gave me a quote. So I contacted them again and they told me they aren't going to do it. I understand that they are busy and all, but it would have been nice if they just tell me that they would not do it in the beginning. What a waste of time.

Pristine Gardenscape is a top notch company. Emma, Yair and their crew are a great bunch, and super experienced and helpful. From the start, the whole team was very professional, timely, communicative, transparent, and insightful. They answered any and all questions as quickly and as best as they could, and always communicated any changes or steps needed to finish the job. We had them work on our backyard, installing DG for a patio, and compacted stone for the groundwork of a basketball court. Price was very fair, and the outcome was well worth it. I would absolutely recommend if you have landscape projects coming up. Look no further. Very impressed by this company, and are already ready to hire them to upgrade our front yard!
