Far to often we look for people to shower us with thanks and praise. We should make sure we highlight the general concerns that people share. During the Tick Fire we had to evacuate. While we  Scrambled to get going it was quite an experience. A couple of days later I got a call from Mathew from Burt's team checking on us to make sure we were safe. Although at the time I wasn't surprised but it just shows  the genuine concern that Burt and his team have for their clients. They truly care about you. Thanks Burt for all that you and your team do. I can not forget to mention Mathew, you really have a class act in Mathew supporting your team.

I had car insurance through this company. After many unanswered emails, including one where I specifically wrote to cancel my insurance in November 2023, I was contacted months later by a Mayra Leon who never answered any question I had as to why they did not cancel my insurance when asked. This company's lack of responses and accountability in not canceling my insurance when requested incurred penalty fees which I do not want to pay. I've offered to pay what little is due WITHOUT penalty fees, but this company refuses to reply to my emails. They have yet to reply to my emails before the recent due date, thus pushing this into debt collection. I've sent all receipts to the BBB which show I attempted to contact them in time, but they chose not to answer professionally or on time. This dishonest company refuses to take any responsibility for their inability to communicate promptly thus costing their customers money while padding the bottom line of Farmers Insurance. Do not do business with Burton Harris Farmers Insurance.
