I had this Insurance for my Toyota Tacoma 2021; very bad option, they didn't want to pay my claim until I went over Toyota and they helped me to enforce the payment. I wasted my time, but it worked, more details below The Incident: An irresponsible driver crashed into my truck while my truck was parked outside my house. Driver went away from the scene, fortunately my cameras recorded the incident, but no plates visible to report. 1. May/02/2021 - I filed a claim with my Insurance - Insure Express / 5230 Las Virgenes Rd Ste 250 Calabasas, CA. They responded sending a letter saying they got the claim and asked for more details. Details were send and many calls were made, sometimes same questions given and no clue from my claim, every time I had to start again with my explanation. 2. 11/10/2021 Since nobody answer my claim seriously and this situation was only going and coming again without a solution. I had to spend my time going to Toyota to enforce them to take action against Insure Express Services. And I say enforce them, because 2 guys at Toyota didn't have the time to help me, they ignore me, but I didn't desist and went with more people in the building of Toyota Envision of Norwalk, CA. I appreciate Eric Dantas, Finance Director of Toyota; who helped me and promised me to call them on behalf of Toyota and make them cover the claim. I had everything in order, after he revised all the documentation. 3. My payment check arrived until Dec/01/2021, they didnt pay the car rental, so I called them again; they sent part of the rental, still not complete. Rats! * I would like to expose the very bad attention of Haley Zimm and Tyler Altenberger, who were dealing with my insurance claim (Insure Express) and trying to avoid their responsibilities. This people scammed us!!! Paid for 6mo of insurance. The never sent it to the insurance company they were going through and stopped answering our calls!!!

I was recommended this insurance after i purchase a new car on Father's Day, although I had insurance with my previous car. The sales agent told me try them out for the 30 days (huge mistake) that my entire car will be covered and I will have a great experience with them, however my car was stolen July 13th Four days before the policy was to end and the nightmare began they sented me to third party, Bluefire insurance. And the hell begin. The claims adjuster Hector Castaneda, made me feel like a suspect, he had/ and have no compassion or empathy for the situation Im in, Being a customer, made me feel as though I had my own car stolen, he had me send numerous documents as well, as having some notarized over $70 worth. He wanted two months text and call print out from my phone provider which I signed consent and notarized for them to have access for that, they wanted me to file two false claims to passed insurance companies. That indicated this new car was not on any other insurance.(Ridiculous who does that!) After the car was found by the sheriff's I released it to them, e-mailed left messages indicating that the car was turned over to them in which they still claim that they have not received any of that information from me. At the moment they have suspended the investigation and has left my car in the impound saying that I'm responsible for the vehicle. No supervisor help, left messages emails and calls never returned until Weeks later by Brian haslin overseeing supervisor. Which whom again made me feel like a suspect. what's the purpose of having insurance. This is a nightmare. But I will say Jose with insure Express seems to be the only one with a compassionate heart. But in the same breath he says "there's nothing i can do".If you have another option with insurance please consider to avoid a future nightmare. One star is far too much to give but I had no choice!
