Great monitors and professional. The monitors are extremely unbiased and will write the report for each visit accurately. Im so glad to not have to use them anymore, which is only possible with how good of a job they do

Quite literally the worst professional attitude I have seen in terms of someone who deals with parents for visitations, Ms. Fletcher is biased with visitation, lacks communication skills, is belligerent when bringing things to her attention, ignores emails and instead tries to call you so there is no physical record of a conversation and quite frankly has no business being in this kind of business. She hounds you to do things on her time, but when you have something you want or need brought to her attention, she will try to direct you to someone else, or tell you you complain too much. Then, if you say you are going to remove your services, or lodge a formal complaint, she wants to be your best friend and talk to you to resolve "any issues at hand". Many of her monitors lack the ability to keep track of your children during visitation and to many problems are reoccurring. If you trust her with your visitations, you might as well take that money and use it as toilet paper instead. At least that way that money would be well spent, than on Ilene Fletcher's services.
