Our huge heritage oak tree fell down in the 12/31 storm. I called Timberline Trees that day and both Justin and Steve got back to me immediately. Steve came out on 1/1 to give me a quote to remove the tree. He and his crew were there with bobcats the next two days and did an amazing job. They left our yard cleaned and looking great. Thank you!!

I called this company for a estimate and after several attempts ( like 20 calls).They dont call back and always give you the runaround. Do not recommend .

I am glad that many people had good experiences with Timberline. I called them because I saw them working in my neighborhood; however, I am diappointed to said that I am still waiting for them to call to schedule the service. I received a quote from Justin on 11/15 and he said he would call me right back to give me the date. Three days later, I called back and left message because he didn't call me. And I left another message again on 11/22 again because he didn't call back. I understood that it is holiday season and everybody is extremely busy. I was just wondering if I should give them more time and call back after the New Year? Or should I start to ask around for someone else?
