I sought out Haneen based on her positive reviews. She helped us sell my elderly father's condo when we had to move him out for safety reasons. She was very kind and patient, and gave us a positive outlook. She was very thorough and honest with us about what was going on in the process. There were a few times where we had some trouble staying in communication with each other, but we eventually got there in the end. I knew that I could ask her any questions comfortably. She has an excellent team of vendors who do great work in a really timely manner. I do plan to use her and them again very soon and have been recommending her to all my coworkers.

Haneen is my go-to person for all things real-estate. She's reliable, thorough and will always give you multiple options, pros and cons with data. And she's super responsive!

I rarely write any reviews but dont refrain from calling out the best and most deserving ones. I have worked with numerous real estate agents in the Bay Area and have gained enough experience to sniff the real gems quickly. Fortunately, I came across Haneen at an open house in Menlo Park during the covid time. Hands down she is the best agent in the Bay Area in my experience. Haneen is one of the intelligent, empathetic, active and charismatic agents who knows her field A-Z. I will share some of her qualities that I was impressed with. She really cares for what we desire and want. It doesnt matter if we have to visit 100+ homes or so but if we dont feel it, we gladly move on to the next one. At times, our offer was rejected due to over bidding, but she would just inspire and encourage us to move on. There is a beautiful house waiting out there with your name on it. Never ever did she push us for a house where we werent 100% sold. She always showed genuine empathy towards us - whether it was touring just the neighborhood, driving around the streets, visiting just one home all the way in the east bay or understanding our changing needs. We are kinda tough selective clients so pleasing us needs some genuine personality like hers. At every step she guided us as our mentor - Adapting and guiding us through our changing needs, educating us on numerous things like - what kind of property/land appreciates the most, details of the material used for the house, what to look out for, how to avoid getting fooled, how to best estimate the offer price, work through the finances, come up with smart close estimations and also help build a POE for house hunting and more. She will hold your hand from the start and continue to do so even after you purchase the house. Yup, thats right. We now have an amicable relationship so it just feels like Im calling a friend for a suggestion/advice and not an agent. I can go on and on, but bottom line, if you are a first time home buyer like us or not, her education, guidance, knowledge, care, experience is impeccable and will help you immensely throughout your home buying journey.
