Those guys saved my day when I have a crying baby at home without hot water! The moment I walked in, Oliver helped me out with warm welcomes and details about my situation. While there is no way I can single-handedly haul away a water heater and some complications about warranty, Nick really stepped up and helped me making the delivery asap and as convenient to me as possible. Nowadays it's so refreshing to see such great customer service and genuinely they are just trying to help me out! Huge shoutout to Nick, Oliver and those guys for the great experience!

A Honey Do List
Ray was very professional and took care of the specific tankless water heater we needed for our client. We had our order ready for pick up the next day. He took care of loading the water heater in my truck and ready to go in about 15 minutes. Excellent service. Bravo Cal-Steam!
