Had such an amazing experience here. My scalp was SHINED after the treatment. The staff are helpful, friendly, and efficient! It was the best 1hr15mins I ever spent. Based on the condition of my scalp and as a first timer, she recommended the intermediate head care. So though you may schedule a specific treatment, its all based on the condition of your scalp. I hope they open up a more locations around the bay, but regardless I will definitely be coming back!!!

Not what I expected. For 200.00+ I expected a luxurious hour of my life. Its in a little strip mall. Not much of a spa experience Dont get me wrong my therapist was very nice. The massage was more of a skin rub, not a lot of muscle massaging. The hair/scalp treatment was okay. She said my scalp was very good to begin with, but I figured I already booked it. I was hoping my hair would get a deep treatment, and feel/look better. However, it seemed like she had a difficult time with the water temperature, it kept getting super hot and she would stop, then it was cool and she would stop. Then when we were done she just blow dried my hair. No styling or anything. My hair is naturally wavy, it was so frizzy and poofy. I was in the bay from out of town, and was planning on getting dinner afterwards. I ended up going straight home because my hair looked so bad, I was too embarrassed to go out. It was an Interesting experience, but I would not recommend, or spend the money again.
